While this is not the newest version of EZ Drummer we're using in Pro Tools 10 ... it is something we've enjoyed using for song demos. EZ Drummer comes with Pop/Rock grooves but we also purchased the Nashville grooves as well. (We do a lot of Southern Gospel and Country styles of music)
This video is a short review of how easy we've found EZ Drummer to be.
*** The audio portion of this video is not the true audio for the drums by the way ...we're talking into a room mic and the mic is picking up the audio from our monitors on playback and the comments. So the audio in this video is not a true representation of the drum sounds... the drum sounds are fantastic, because they ARE real drums played by real drummers!
Again, a great tool for studios where you may not have the room to track drums. The best feature is you can assign the drum kit to different tracks and rather than having a stereo two track of the drums in Pro Tools, you can have 8 or 9 drums tracks for mix down just as if you tracked drums in your studio.
